"The house was perfect for our extended family to celebrate Christmas together. It easily accommodated a wheelchair, had plenty of room for 10 of us, and was well stocked for our stay. We greatly appreciated all of Swami's thoughtful touches, from the welcome basket, the Christmas tree set up in the living room, and her quick response when we had an issue during our stay. Communication was excellent and we highly recommend this rental!"

"The peaceful setting high above the James was only interrupted by the infrequent passing freight trains across the river. The sunsets were colorful and the clear moonless nights burst with stars, especially looking up from the hot tub. The cabin was as advertised; comfortable bedrooms, modern bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen (pots, plates pans, utensils, etc). Central Air/Heat worked fine. We had a great walk over to the retreat center nearby where we saw deer and a spectacular view of the James River. For adventure and groceries we went to nearby Scottsville where we enjoyed dining and shopping. The wedding was wonderful and the property was perfect to reconnect with family during our stay."
