It was a very short drive to the Battlegrounds and Gettysburg..The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We found the sunroom to be the perfect spot for our Bible reading. "The Shoe House was the perfect stay for our anniversary. This is a historical gem you don’t want to miss! So much history and nostalgia exists within the property, it is on amazing grounds, and the hot tub is piping hot! Perfect for relaxing on a crisp fall night!
