"Had an amazing stay at LIVIE. The rooms are very spacious and it was nice having a PIN code for the door and not a key card so there’s no risk locking yourself out or losing the key. The best part is the staff in cafe! They are all helpful and kind and the food is delicious. I highly recommend staying here if you like quiet streets, Korean food, a sense of luxury."

"Everything is exactly like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The reception staff are brilliant and helped with anything we needed. They will happily organise tours for you if you would like. We stayed here 2 nights and very much enjoyed. Most places are within a mile so you can walk easily. Even after we checked out and had to wait in the lobby for our transfer they held our bags and gave us free cold water while we waited. I could not recommend enough."

"Checked in with my kid at 6 PM, well after the official 2 PM check-in time, only to be told our room wasn't ready. Had to wait until 7:30 PM, which was exhausting after our flight. When we finally got our room, only one of the two beds was cleaned. We were told that we had booked a single room. The whole experience felt unprofessional and lacked consideration for guests. My kid and I were deeply disappointed. Expecting comfort after a tiring journey, we were instead met with delays and excuses....
