"The boat is very basic but is in a great location not far from the centre of old Amsterdam. (Ignore Diemen as the location). It’s very cheap for Amsterdam which makes up for its basic amenities. You can make use of facilities in nearby cafes and the Public library. The surrounding area is just off the tourist route so you get to see how locals live. Cees was a great host, very accessible and happy to help out and give advice."

"It's about 20m away by bus from Centraal Station—not bad, but it's not the city centre if that's what you're looking for. The one-bedroom is very nice, equipped with a small kitchenette & basic needs, oven, fridge, dining table, and living area.
