"One of the best of Brighton’s cheap and cheerful hotel stays. No frills but nicer than some of the others, plus the local area has good places to eat - and supermarkets for real budget dining. It’s not the Pellirocco but fine as a bed for the night. "

Rooms are spread between the first and second floor with shuttle service and breakfast options available. "I really like this place , I stayed here a few years ago and the standard has remained high . It’s comfortable ,the staff are friendly and helpful and it’s really good value for money .Breakfast is excellent as is the food generally - had the best steak I’ve had in a long while for dinner . "

"The hosts were friendly and welcoming, the decor was smart and tasteful and our room was extremely comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. We did not order breakfast but wished we had as it looked delicious! A short overnight stay which we would have liked to be longer. "
