"Hotel was great , staff from reception through to the bar/ waiting and to housekeeping were so lovely. All were very efficient. Garden area was really nice , especially watching the family of Pumbas come in each evening. Food was excellent in the restaurant & bar. Only negative would be the crowded bedroom - the bedroom itself is a good size but it’s filled wil a large armchair , huge built in wardrobes , and 2 massive bed side tables and large set of drawers/ desk & desk chair. . "Overall a lovely property with nice service people. The front desk and the ease of information could certainly be improved. The game drive was slated for 10 people max, and we were brought to the truck already full and asked to pile in. 14 people in the truck, this was my least favorite activity as although we saw some animals you can see much more in other places. I was charged by Expedia for an extra person. The activities needed to be paid separately ($25 per adult and half for children)....

"While the property is a bit older, it was very clean. The bed and bedding has been updated so it was very comfortable. The blocks of rooms were spreadout over the large property so it was quite private and quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially a young man named Blessing. His service was exceptional. The pool area was large. Maybe a few more sunloungers were needed."
