The customer service is perfection-the hotel staff were the first to tell me my flight got cancelled, and then proceeded to book me for another night-not to mention one of the attendants offered to be my go between with the airline. I had the privilege of speaking to one of the owners-this is a family-owned business, owned by people who really care about this establishment. I hope to return.
