"This was a one night stay as we were away for a weekend and thought the town of Sluis was worth a visit, managed to check in early, as it should have been 3pm, room was ok, although had to leave as many windows open as we could, aircon didnt seem to be working, breakfast although continental was more than we had expected, had a drink from the bar the 1st night, bar staff were friendly and service was swift, thank you guys."

"Stayed @ the hotel before. Good breakfast lots of choices. Room and beds(two singles) are basic but comfortable. Bathroom could use an update. The bath tub shower combination ended up giving issues with water running onto the floor. Would prefer a plain shower stall and no tub. Got some issues with the electronic key. 3 time I had to go back to reception for a new key.. as the old one locked me out. From my understanding from the reception person it seems to happen often. "

"Pros - Reasonably quiet - Comfortable king bed - Bathrobes provided ✔️ - 2 armchairs and a small occasional table in our room ✔️ - Outdoor “greenhouse” living room shared area - Kettle and coffee maker in room - Way out in the countryside - Coffee machine and fridge in a common kitchen area Cons - Small room, quite cramped - Nice shower but nowhere to put soap or shampoo. (The floor maybe??) - No shelf in bathroom for toiletries - B&B only. No restaurant as advertised - Very isolated....

"This property was clean as you would expect from a new build. We found that is was too small for a couple, and in my opinion this was not a studio but a very small room with very small kitchen. No where to relax after a long apart from a bed and a dinning chair. We have stayed at the apartment round the side of the arches and that is where we thought we had booked again as this apartment was excellent."
