It is a Beach Hotel but we don't need to live with the sand of the former guest in our shower and room. The Staff was fantastic. They never mentioned on the website that meals need to be scheduled in the morning, then we can't eat at the restaurant when we arrived. There are many options to eat close to the hotel. It was not a big deal.

Een enorm verouderd hotel. Problemen gehad met betaling registratie vanuit Fletcher, werd erg onvriendelijk benaderd. Stofzuiger nog in de gang de hele nacht. Tafels in restaurant en bar werden erg laat afgeruimd en tafels waren niet schoon. Kamers enorm gedateerd, en waar geschilderd niet netjes. Niet voor een 2e keer voor ons.

Over algemeen tevreden over accommodatie met name personeel zeer vriendelijk , ontbijtbuffet zeer goed en voor ieder wat wils , onze kamer ok , gewoon basic maar voorzien voor wij nodig hadden, 1 min puntje wij kwamen afgelopen vrijdag aan en in de middag ff naar de bar , bestelde een bietje van de tap en ook gekregen maar later bestelde ik nog een pilsje dat kon niet want de tap was leeg en kon niet gevuld worden , gisteren in de namiddag zelfde verhaal geen pilsje uit de tap alleen flesje,s van allerlei bier wat ik niet drink , vond dat een beetje jammer want ik/wij vinden het altijd wel gezellig om lekker aan de bar een drankje te doen , maar het is zoals het is , enige minpuntje verder verblijf was ok.

Spinnenweben in der oberen Zimmerdecke, Badezimmer nicht sauber. Balkon dreckig, Zigarettenstummel und Essenreste auf dem Boden. Der Gestank beim Betreten des Hotels war ekelhaft. Frühstück war super.

Schöne Urlaubswoche
Wir können die ganz schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen, es handelt sich um ein einfaches 3* Hotel, mit ausreichend großen und eingerichteten Zimmern, täglichem Room- Service und abwechslungsreichem Frühstück. Die Lage zum Ort ist zentral und zumindest mit dem Rad kann man alles schnell erreichen.

Une catastrophe. La dame a la reception tres antipathique. Elle jete les clés, ne faut aucun effort pour nous comprendre. Chambre basique, sans air cond, impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre, salle de bain des plus sommaires. Pt déjeuner peu achalandé et mal reapprovisionné. Acquivaut a un dortoir. 0/10 Plus jamais. Je ne suis pas pour dénigrer mais ici c est trop.

Lit fort mou, Il faut revoir l'hygiène dans la salle de bain: changer le rideau de douche (moisissure dans le bas du rideau) et nettoyer le bas des joints de la douche (moisissure!) et extraction plus puissante pour l'humidité! Sinon linge changé tous les jours ainsi que le nettoyage de la chambre, personnel très sympathique et très bon petit déjeuner!

Das erste was einem wortwörtlich entgegen schlägt, sobald man das Hotel betritt, ist der Gestank! Es riecht nach muffigem, alten Keller! Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unfreundlich, wirkte lustlos. Auf die Frage, ob man am Strand parken könnte, antworte sie eiskalt mit "nein!". Gut dass wir uns selber überzeugen wollten und den riesigen Parkplatz am Strand benutzen konnten! Wäre sonst mit 2 kleinen Kindern ein Gepüngel von über 20 Gehminuten bis zum Strand geworden... Das Familienzimmer erwartete uns ebenfalls mit dem ekelhaften muffigen uralt Geruch. Im Badezimmer waren Silberfische, der Duschvorhang war eine Frechheit! Stand vor Dreck, wenn der einen berührt hätte, hätte man sich sonst was einfangen können. Die "sauberen" Handtücher hatten Flecken. Der Balkon dreckig und oll. Wenn man den Kleiderschrank hätte benutzen wollen, hätten die Kleider den widerlichen Geruch angenommen. Wirklich, eine Zumutung. Zum Glück haben wir nur das Frühstück gebucht. Das war klein, es gab nur Aufbackbrötchen, keine frischen Backwaren. Die Magarine lag auf dem Buffet ungekühlt... Der Teppich im Zimmer löste regelrechte Allergieschübe bei meinem Mann und mir aus (Hausstaub!). Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Dit hotel is hoognodig aan een grondige renovatie van de kamers en gangen nodig. Kamers zijn klein, heel gehorig en de badkamer is echt piepklein. Als je staat te douchen zit je al bijna op het toilet. Er hing een douchegordijn(?!?!) dat al zijn beste tijd had gehad en vieze tanden onderaan het gordijn had. Kamer was niet fris, net als dat het balkon dat niet was en op de gang hing een vieze lucht. Ik zou deze zeker niet aanraden en voor wat je krijgt is dit hotel ook nog eens veel te prijzig.

Wir brauchten kurzfristig eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht in Renesse. Aus unserer Erfahrung war das Hogel vor 40 Jahren zeitgemäß, vor 10 Jahren noch gerade akzeptabel, aber nach Übernahme durch Fletcher absolut keine Empfehlung mehr. Die Zimmer haben einen unübersehbaren starken Renovierungsstau. Das Gebäude soll wohl absehbar abgerissen werden. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Das hat aber wohl alles keine Perspektive mehr.
