"Lovee this Hotel. Great location, right in the center of the Historic Center. Staff was super friendly and nice! Also has its own underground parking, located behind the hotel… Lourdes was such a helpful lady and was also super nice. The room we got was decent and had a good view of the street through the balcony."

"Very nice hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive upon arrival from taxi. Took our baggage and took straight to our room. Clean rooms beautiful art and views out on deck. Hotel muy bonito. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento al llegar desde el taxi. Tomaron nuestro equipaje y nos dirigimos directamente a nuestra habitación. "The hotel charged me in dollars with a terrible exchange rate, rather than pesos, which violated the Orbitz terms and is also illegal in Mexico. In addition, they charged me for breakfast even though it was supposed to be free and didn't tell me until I was checking out. Finally, the wifi terrible -- forget about trying to work remotely. "
