It breaks my heart to write this review. I was traveling alone with two kids, and the staff was not helpful when assisting me with my luggage and going to my room. Additionally, I requested a 5 a.m. wake-up call but received the call at 6 a.m., which almost caused me to miss my flight. Once again, no one came to help me with my luggage. I felt unwelcome, and that hurt me because I was with my kids.

Very nice place to stay in the middle of the city The only thing it’s that it not soundproof. You can hear almost everything happening in the hallways and down in the lobby so just a heads up! But it’s a very nice, clean and convenient hotel in el centro.

Very nice hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive upon arrival from taxi. Took our baggage and took straight to our room. Clean rooms beautiful art and views out on deck. Hotel muy bonito. El personal fue increíblemente amable y atento al llegar desde el taxi. Tomaron nuestro equipaje y nos dirigimos directamente a nuestra habitación. This hotel was a great place to stay because it was very convenient and overall excellent breakfast!! I highly recommend staying here. I felt like I was at home in my bed.

The property is located on an exceptional area right in the middle of the city, which is great and walkable to a lot of places . However, customer service could’ve been up to par, it lacked the friendly customer service . At times I felt if I was bothering them when asking a question . The mini fridge was not working , they didn’t replace the towels , nor provided the extra waters .Overall, not sure if I will stay here again, but if you’re looking for location, not the aesthetic of the hotel then this is your place!
