"This is a getaway for locals alike, which is all you need to know. My family has frequented this hotel for decades and while visiting from the US, I picked this for a quick getaway with my husband. We enjoyed fantastic wellness facilities, including a sauna, followed by a dip in the pool, relaxing by the lake and a swim in the lake. "Beautiful and quiet. Close to Staffelsee and Murnau town by car. Really enjoy the resort especially the breakfast and pools. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Great place to relax, will definitely stay again, good value for the money."

"Very nice and quiet location closed to the lake. Included Bavarian breakfast buffet is amazing. Big room, lake view, very clean, and warm staff. Careful with opening balcony door or mosquitoa will invade and disturb your sleep. Area has a lot of trails to walk around, specially nice path near lake which is fully walkable around the lake.
