"Nice location in the centre of town. I parked on the street, which was free from 6pm. Delighted to get an upgrade on arrival and the room was super comfortable. I couldn't hear any other guests or street noise. Highly recommended and I won't hesitation to book again for future trips."

"The spa area wasn’t up to scratch - dirty even first thing in the morning with used towels in the changing rooms, no one on duty, no shower gel etc. That was the only downside though - the rest of the hotel was great: lovely room, nice staff, well presented. "

"Really nice new hotel, perfect location for Mons and if you have a car Pairi Daiza. Very nice new rooms and all the staff were lovely. Only downside was that the toilet is in its own separate room with no sink meaning you had to go to another room to wash your hands. But besides this quirk a great stay. "

"Close to the airport but unfortunately they charge quite a bit ($10 euro per person) for shuttles. Clean, but beds aren’t super comfortable. You get what you pay for. "

"This is a combination hostel/hotel. We stayed in the hotel part which obviously shares facilities with the hostel. The hotel is great. The rooms are a good size, although need to be rearranged a bit to suit travellers with suitcases rather than backpacks. Nowhere to put luggage. The room has a coffee table and fake plant that could be replaced with luggage racks. Bathroom was a good size. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good. Tea and coffee is available from the shared kitchen so not in the rooms, which was fine by us. Good rooftop bar with friendly staff. Great location, a short walk from the central station. We caught a train to the city centre. There was very annoying music from somewhere that started up at 7am so this meant we couldn’t have the window open unless we put up with it. But overall an excellent hotel and we would stay here again."

"The elevator was out of service. I had to drag my luggage to third floor. Thank goodness I have only one luggage but my friend has three….. they did replace the room for us to the other side of the building second day where the elevator was working. "
