"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. "We loved the pools, especially the salt water pool where you are super bouyant. The Waldquelle restaurant was a real treat, great service and good food, especially the desserts. The hiking was great and started right at the hotel. "
