"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. "We loved the pools, especially the salt water pool where you are super bouyant. The Waldquelle restaurant was a real treat, great service and good food, especially the desserts. The hiking was great and started right at the hotel. "
