"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. Also, everyone is EXTREMELY unfriendly, almost rude. Even if there is absolutely no prior information, when you arrive at the hotel they charge for...

"Leider erfuhren wir erst vor Ort, dass die Vermieter mit im Haus wohnen und einem nur eine Schiebetür trennt, welche sich nicht abschließen lässt.ansonsten ok."

"Peaceful location, communication was difficult (Our fault as we don't speak German). Surroundings and general area lovely. Two large very friendly white dogs were a plus for us. Would echo the clean but outdated decor reviews. Getting charged per swim seems a tad mean. Overall positive on reflection. "
