"The service was incredibly professional yet also friendly and kind. That’s a hard needle to thread. The hotel is lovely. The location could only be more perfect with an ocean view, but was lovely as it was. The breakfast each morning was amazing! They are super helpful at each stage of the trip from booking, to negotiating Chilean customs, to recommending tours and restaurants to making you feel at ease. "Great, but we were in the room below the jacuzzi which meant we couldn’t really sleep in the day. Not ideal after a long flight. Failing that though, it was perfect!!"

"Had a wonderful stay at Taha Tai. Truly enjoyed the dining experience, the amenities, and a clean and comfortable room with an in-room safe that fits a laptop. The location was perfect for exploring. It had a very warm feel. I stayed in the hotel (not the cabanas) and I really enjoyed it. The front desk staff were also very helpful in arranging tours and assisting with any questions I had during my stay. The environment was charming overall with a very Polynesian feel. "This place IS NOT was it used to be.....Every time I came to Chile I stayed at this place but for my next visit I will be looking for a new one. This hotel now is dirty a bad bad customer service. I am really disappointed. Many bad little things happened during my stay. Even the surrender areas are bad and made feel unsafe. Casino was terrible and almost impossible to get a drink. Overall "Bad Experience""

"I liked that the hotel is almost an art galleria, with several paints and sculptures. They have a secure parking that's not common in that area. Staff is friendly and kind. It's not far from the famous urban art streets that are recommended to walk during the day. Avoid the halls at night."

"The fact that every detail is taken in consideration and that the staff is super helpful and friendly made this place even more special. Cute and trendy and almost perfect.

"It’s a very cute and trendy hotel in a really good part of the city is close to many restaurants and amenities. Breakfast was included, which was nice, and it was good. Don’t be fooled by the cornflakes, they still come and take your order for a regular breakfast. Back terrace where breakfast is served has a lovely view of the harbor. My only small complaint is that the trendy open concept design of the staircase means that sound travels upward rather easily. I could hear kitchen staff preparing equipment or washing dishes or something fairly late at night. "
