No towels changed in the room even if we left the dirty ones on the floor, the hotel manager or any employee didn't know how the room safe worked, the fridge in the room wasn’t working and was replaced just the last day. Even so re s we, when we complained the hotel manager said it was our fault. All other people at the hotel were paying much less because they didn’t book through Expedia. The hotel manager said that they couldn’t adjust...

"Gorgeous space. The inside of the hotel has to be beautiful ~ it is on a switchback and there is no outdoor area. Just in front of the hotel are a bunch of recycling bins which are ugly. The staff and service was excellent. Breakfast amazing. The room was too hot; the bed was pretty hard. Thankfully had good pillows. Overall I liked my stay. I wish I could have slept better. "

"It was a nice experience, we had just one night, check in and check out online available, extra large bed and very comfortable, eco toothbrushand, toothpaste with a shaving kit included in the bathroom. Safe parking under hotel for extra cost. "

Desayuno más que correcto y completo, personal muy atento, nos subieron la categoría de la habitación a una junior suite en la zona nueva sin cargo y bonito jardín para tomar algo antes de ir a dormir. "Room was very good. Spacious and with good facilities. Unfortunately breakfast is started late at 8 a. m and as we are travelling an earlier start at 7.30a.m would be better as the service was very slow. We arrived at 8 and did not get a hot drink until 8.20! No croissant or fresh pastry just a bun in a packet to accompany the bread and ham/cheese.. A little disappointing. Also we arrived Friday at 16.45 to find the bar was closing and the restaurant was not open that evening. Although we had no...
