No towels changed in the room even if we left the dirty ones on the floor, the hotel manager or any employee didn't know how the room safe worked, the fridge in the room wasn’t working and was replaced just the last day. Even so re s we, when we complained the hotel manager said it was our fault. All other people at the hotel were paying much less because they didn’t book through Expedia.
