"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Hotel Fontanella was wonderful. The views from the hotel are far superior than those in town, which was very nice. The room was nice overall, brought up to date in recent years to feel more modern. "One of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed, pretty modern. We arrived hours after the normal check in time of around 2-3pm. We rode the taxi from the train station coming from Venice, about 7 minutes, spent about $10. The man/receptionist during the night shift welcomed us, and answered our questions.
