For example, I had problems with wifi because I had to work, they came directly up to the room and helped me solve the problem. The staff in all functions were equally nice and helpful. Great rooms. "All staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms could do with a little updating. The T.V. did not work as it had not been connected properly. Air conditioning worked only one night of my 3 night stay even though I requested at reception for it to be looked 3 times. "
