Hotel with a Concierge in Tangalle from SAR 354

"Whilst most of the hotel is 5 star, there were some niggling problems. 1. The WiFi and internet are terrible. This is 2025 not 1995 !! 2. The cord on the hairdryer was so short you cannot use a mirror when drying your hair. 3. The “adults” pool is not really for adults. It has no lifeguards but children n can use it freely. Everything else was excellent, especially breakfast."

"Amazing stay, even extended twice. The service is second to none, everything is no problem. From the amazing view of the sea to all the varied wildlife in the grounds, posse of monkeys visit every day drinking from the pool and generally being monkeys to peacocks, a mongoose, frogs, all the birds. Nick the owner is a friendly chap and clearly set the ethos of this place and is always around to help if needed. Kalpa and Umesh (managers) are great, absolute credit to the place. "The hotel itself was ok but the staff were very slow to clean up we seen glasses lying around for 2 days until my wife picked them up and took them back to the kitchen. It’s very isolated and the hotel menu is limited and expensive. If you would like to just relax and do nothing then you will probably enjoy this hotel"
