The old house has history and the room with the bay window was very comfortable, but the place is deserted and feels much like a sleepy Australian outback hotel when you have to shout hello to get someone's attention, and the pub is not manned and not open. I cannot comment on other rooms and if you like to be left alone then I suppose it is good value as it is cheaper than other places in the area. There is only...

"The rooms were not cleaned properly. Behind the bed there was alot of dust and dead insects. The bed was never moved. Rhe bathroom was also dirty. Lots of drad insects. For the duration of the stay, the cleaning staff supposedly cleaned the room and bathroom but the dead insects and dust was never removed. The hotel look good on the outside and the entrance looked clean and welcoming. The location was good. Staff were friendly. "
