"We used this hotel as our base when visiting the snooker world championship. It os perfectly located for the Crucible and clos to all the city centre amenities. There is safe private parking in the basement. We didn't use the hotel's food and beverage offer, so can't comment, but the room was quiet, comfortable and clean. "

"Great location close to the city centre. Check-in easy and quick, on entering our room we soon realised there was an issue with the AC which I reported. Very promptly we we're offered a room exchange which we accepted, throughout staff were really helpful and polite. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice and food always fresh; adding takeaway cups would round it off. To summarise, clean comfortable rooms, good location, tasty breakfast and staff with a pleasant can do attitude...will stay...
