"Staff was wonderful and accommodating. Some of us were under the weather and so supported us. Really appreciate them. The place is great. Swam on the pool. Had wine by the lake. Saw a hippo in the lake! Food tasty and comfortable room. Highly recommend. "

"I like every thing, specially the service i get at the cultural dinning room, their food is delicious, the music band is amezing.I stay 4 days and i never go to any hotel or restaurant.The rooms are neet,the housekeepers are very friendly, the shuttle service is on time. Finaly the management is wonderful, from the security guard to the manager they are working team work they help you when you park,take your luggage. I'm from Canada and I am very happy and I will see them again."

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a minor inconvenience but was offset by the hotel’s many positive attributes.
