"We needed a hotel near the airport as we had an early morning flight and the Sama Sama exceeded our expectations. The hotel is connected to the terminal by a walkway and there is a complimentary buggy shuttle available if you have luggage. The same walkway connects the hotel to the rental car returns area so the whole drop off process was seamless. The room was clean and well maintained, the shower interesting but functional and bed very comfy. The large restaurant is ideal, we went for the buffet option and the range of tastes is great. "

"Front desk service was superb especially Staff Zaiton (hope it right spelling) who approach us when we was trying to trace for missing booking and arrange for foe extra blanket when realised the room we booked cannot accommodate extra bed my helper. Elisa customer service who arrange for room with connecting room and on the same floor more than 10 room. These trips the most memorable when 4th gen with 49 family member travel together with smooth check-in. Excellent hotel service. It will even better if the complimentary room deco with at few ballon for birthday boy but birthday was nice. "
