"The property is right on the sea front, with sea views from the bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, but beware the shower is open, and the only privacy is with curtains. The restaurant and bar area were lovely, as was the half board option, we enjoyed the pool etc, but if you are coming from the UK, the Sauna and Spa area is most naked people, a bit of a surprise"

They need to update their amenity list tho since the amenities they list are not provided by the hotel. It's little deceiving. I booked this place to use their gym in the evening so it was little disappointing when I learned that there is no gym in the hotel and the neighboring gym facility only accepts people with a monthly...

"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"

"COVID-19 times, so things were not as expected. Honestly the hotel was not up to par during these difficult times and it was noticeable. All around the mood of some few unhappy guests affected the staff and the other guests. Things did not run smoothly nor was the hotel organized enough to enforce the rules all around. It was quite a disappointing stay for the money paid. At least the sea view in the room was nice."
