"This was our second stay at the Marion. It's like spending the night at the museum. You can read the history of the original owner if you spend a few minutes at the waterfront Chinese Heritage Museum. The hotel is very close to bars and restaurants on Carpenter St. that can be noisy on occasion. We have stayed in the Chapel wing both stays and we're not bothered by street noise. If noise bothers you you may want to choose a room towards the rear of the property. Seems like people either love or...

"Nice home stay with good facilities, silent and peaceful place to stay. No distractions among the neighborhoods. Safety place and friendly in charge. Guest are welcome with pleasure. This H.Home Stay is recommended to anyone that is interested. The place also not far from the nearby supermarkets and food courts. That's all from me. "The ease of check in was very convenient as we were able to check in before the stipulated time. In terms of location, you have the convenience of being located on the river front and doorstep of a mall, but also shielded from the noise and hustle and bustle should you not be a shopping fan! The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The Food and Beverages manager on the evening of Sat 16 Nov 24 was outstanding; He took the time to recommend and explain the local dishes. Jee is also worth mentioning as she went above and beyond in her service. Great place to stay - would come back again. "
