The only two things that could be better is the air conditioner in the room we stayed in was very weak and we spent much of the night not being able to sleep because of the heat, and the pool was not well maintained and had cloudy water with leaves and bugs in it. "The only thing I didn't like was the pool. The water was really cold (I knew it was not a heated pool). The hotel was great, everything was clean, the staff was super-friendly and the breakfast was amazing. And located in a beautiful neighborhood. "

"The staff are the best. Due to flight delayed in the last-minute we arrived at the hotel at 4:00 am early morning and the the staff were waiting for us and checked us in for only 5 minutes. Incredible. The hotel is located in extremely convenient place where you can walk or take public transit. "
