"The resort itself did not disappoint. Everything was as advertised. But Chris the owner is Mr Scrooge. Overpriced food and drinks. Even based on other resorts in the area. We went on a fishing charter and he said he would charge us full price on any fish caught. We spoke to another resort and restaurant and they both said they would only charge a corkage so to speak as they could on sell the rest of the fish which would be acceptable. "We stayed in Fale Lina, one of the over the water fales. Surrounded by crystal clear aqua-blue water we spent hours on our large patio watching ocean ripples for sea turtles. (Which we saw often!) "AmazIng location, stunning views, this hotel sits on a private beach. I liked the beautiful rooms interior and private decks, 3 pools and different places as to choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner with shows and dances on occasions.
