"We have stayed at this hotel several times before and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and generally comfortable but my room had an infestation of ants in the bathroom. Food is very good and good value."

"A centrally located hotel, which was surprisingly quiet. The rooms were old but large. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. Unfortunately the shower was in a bathtub and this was quite high and it was a little precarious getting in and out. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The main issue is the lack of drinking water or a kettle in the room. You will need to buy water from a supermarket but there is no possibility of a hot drink in the evening in your room! "We stayed here on the way to Northern Spain. We wanted to visit Salamanca and have an easy place to stay. Parking was great and easy to get into the city. Salamanca is so beautiful. The hotel served a purpose for us. It was quite tired looking and we are not used to the smell of smoke inside. However, it was a comfortable nights sleep. "

"We had 3 people staying in one room, making the room a bit small.. overall we had a nice stay! Although they can improve with providing kettle & cups for coffee / tea. We like the basement garage option for our car."

"All was perfect, so easy to get to the gas station and to Salamanca, the only problem is the bathroom for some reason had a hard sewage smell. Had to keep the door closed and super fast use of the bathroom, and we mean really intense sewage smell, ran the water on the bidet and it seemed to cut the smell in half. "
