Hotel with a Concierge in Riyadh Province from SAR 405

"The electricity cut out one morning while I was in the lobby. The lights went out and had to go back to room via staff in the service lift. Got back to room on 4th floor and water wasn't running to sink or bath. When the water did return 30 mins later the water was running through brown for 15 mins. In fairness they did offer room service complementary."

"parking are not available 99% of the time, you have to walk for over 1km or you can park unleagelly like lots others as it is in the middle of computer centre of the city room very unclean, can't walk without a slipper in the room, sticky carpet, smelly room, other hotels around better and cheaper, was not available that day no kitchen service, kitchen extension never answered, no complimentary water or coffee/tea bags, coffee/tea cost 7 times more then normal prices, no food at the kitchen...
