I wanted to take a bath and couldn't since the bathtub was no cleaned previously, it had hair, pubic hair, and some dirt and soap from previous user. also the walls of the bathtub hasn't been scrub in a while. I told the office about, they wrote it down on a book and said the manager will call me which he/her didn't doit...
