"It seems most the good reviews were left years ago, and since then things must've worsened at this hotel. Proximity to the river side is its only redeeming feature.,though the staff were pleasant enough. Book for a night only if you're sceptical , then see if you require more. I wouldn't return unless it was half the 10 dollars I paid. "

"This was a great stay, we enjoyed the atmosphere very much and the staff was very helpful!"

"Clean and beautiful beach. Restaurant has many good options at decent prices. Easy Grab rides to downtown. Avoid week-ends as it'll be crowded with tour groups. Recommend to get a room with seaview. Gym is basic with deficient AC. Very good service from staff."

"Lihn, the owner was very sweet and suggested activities for us. The room was pretty nice and comfortable but it had a lot of ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was really good and there were several options to choose from."

Love this quiet place

"We loved the courtyard and our room walked out to the pool and sitting area. The staff are great they picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station free of charge. Breakfast is included and delicious and the manager speaks great english and is very helpful and knowledgeable. "

"Only issue was on checking out, the receptionist received a photo of a flannel I'd used to wipe the balcony clean from a chambermaid, and seemed to want financial compensation from me for using it this way. This spoiled what had up to then been a perfect stay in the hotel. I paid nothing, and left in a huff."
