"Be aware: the listing shows only the units on the water. What you may actually be booking has no water around it. When we checked in we found that we were booked for a “Garden Unit,” meaning a boat parked on the grass several meters away from any water. Your view from such a unit will likely be weeds, not water. "The shower holders run down and came off. Unable to adjust shower height. A visitors dog was barking the entire time! So many dogs I felt it was a kennel. Had to pay for tap water during dinner. The hotel has been around for many years - still in good condition but time for renovations. Clearer signs of off limit areas for children.!!! Service was great. Friendly and helpful staff."

"My second time staying here in 2 years. As its a ideal location while in Udine for busy . The city center is just a 15 minute short walk in to the heart of this place with great dinning and places to drink. I am already looking at booking again for later this year."

"A very stylish place, great restaurant with very helpful and friendly staff. Really loved the vibe, perhaps not for everyones taste as it is rather stark and intimidating. I really appreciated the uniqueness personally and it's nice that there was a gym/pool etc. Minor downside, no iron or ability to iron which is a frustration for a business traveller staying there only one night. I'd likely stay again if the occasion arises. "

Nicely located facility, inside you can see that it's been used, but I like signs of life as long as they're not too intrusive. Excellent sleeping comfort. I think it would be more elegant if for breakfast, apart from the available sweets and the delivered ham, there were some options for vegetarians."

"Great service by reception, restaurant and bar staff. The spa area which we had been looking forward to using was crammed with children and toddlers who were using the area as a splash park. Children were also using the gym and the sauna unaccompanied by parents. There was no supervision of this area by hotel staff.
