"We really enjoyed our two day stay at this hotel. The receptionist (Ileana) was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic area close to the sea. The only small difficulty was the fact that the streets around the hotel have restricted access for cars, so we had to walk a few blocks with our luggage. "The host is very friendly and helpful. This is in a good location for a variety of things to see and do if you have a car: A superb home restaurant (La Casetta) 5 minutes from the hotel; beaches, hiking, Erice, and Trapani are all variously 20-30 minutes drive. Easy parking at the hotel. Rooms are fairly basic but for what we paid were good value for money. We would stay there again."

"We stayed one night in the hotel. A reception was in a bar which was a surprise. The room was ok, faced interior. The staff were nice and a simply italian breakfast was served in the room. Only negative thing was a matress which wasn't hoovered for a very long time.."

"This hotel has been renamed The New Hotel Palace. It was grand, beautiful pool area, ornate lobby and sitting areas albeit somewhat dated. The staff was lovely. It was very quiet, guessing that it was off season. The breakfast was not enticing, a bit disappointing. The same foods were out for 2 mornings so there was nothing that was fresh except maybe the loaf of bread to toast. "

"Stayed one night because it was so close to the airport. Wish we would have booked a few more nights. The family running this small family hotel (only 6 rooms) was very nice and welcoming. Fantastic estate with farmland surroundings. we also bought a bottle of their own wine production that was really good and enjoyed it at the patio. The rooms are kept very clean and tidy.
