"Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Modern hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. I was on driving trip and hotel parking was easily accessible and ample. Quick and inexpensive taxi ride to Siena center so I did not have to drive there and search for parking. Taxi ride back to hotel was also quick and easy. Breakfast had good selection of food and was tasty. "

"Location is the prime feature of this hotel. Just a short walk to the city center. The major problem they have is that there is no parking except a public place located 10 minutes away. "

"We only stayed for one night and the main reason I've booked it was to be close to the railway station. Ones you used a number of escalators to reach the station exit the hotel iz just a couple of min away. The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the ladies working in the breakfast room were amazing. Breakfast was good. "Staying in center of this medieval Tuscan town made enjoying the ambiance both during day and evening so welcoming. We chose valet parking $30 as driving in pedestrian streets is rather unnerving Breakfast was very good and free with your reservation."

"Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay. "
