"Pros: Great location for exploring, super comfortable bed, hot shower. Cons: Parking is difficult if you don't want to pay the 25-30 euros. We parked in the tiniest place in a "lot" that was about a 10 minute walk away and we were extremely lucky to find that "spot". No AC after Oct 1st. "From the first contact until our checkout, the communication was excellent. The Villa was very well decorated and provided an excellent venue for our 12 person group. "This was a wonderful property if you’re looking for a quiet Tuscan experience. The host couldn’t have been more helpful -from the wonderful meals they prepared for us to the tour and travel arrangements they were on it!! The house is very comfortable and bedrooms comfortable and clean! We had a lovely time enjoying the hot tub. The pool would have been used except for the cool temps we had. I would recommend Villa Caggia!!!"
