"We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful historic home. It's central to most Tuscan towns which we were able to reach by car. It's also walking distance from the beautiful Grotto Giusti thermal spa which we were able to enjoy, as well as an amazing traditional Tuscan restaurant. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, including providing us a trip to the local grocery store. We would absolutely stay there again."

"Lovely staff, amazing food at the restaurant and comfortable room. We arrived very late (2am) due to a delayed flight but were still able to check in no problem. The restaurant garden is gorgeous and evening menu is delicious and very reasonably priced. Breakfast is served in the garden too and is a good normal continental buffet. The room was comfortable and clean if a little dated, but we felt that was part of the charm. ts kind of old school, but all the better for it. "

"Hotel room was nice and clean. The pool was great and the kids really enjoyed playing in it and in the playground. The downside was the staff were very abrupt never told us were any of the facilities were. You had to choose your breakfast the night before and it mainly consisted of cakes and pastries. The only savoury items were eggs and salami. If you wanted dinner you also had to choose what you wanted in advance. "

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."
