"A charming hotel in the heart of Bologna, perfect for a short stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. While the room and bed were on the smaller side, they were comfortable enough for a one-night stay. However, the bathroom could use some improvements— the shower didn’t function properly, and we had towels for one person. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bit better. With a few upgrades, this could be an even better choice."

"The Palazzo is a very well designed spa resort in a pretty area with excellent dining options. The staff is generally friendly and very helpful and we had excellent dinners and massages. The maitre d in the restaurant in the mornings was very good natured and helpful in providing me with take out coffee for my wife who likes to stay in bed to drink her coffee. The rooms were comfortable and well designed (we stayed in a superior room on our first visit and a deluxe on our second visit) and...

"Very nice hostel, exceptionally clean. I do like when bathrooms are separate from the rooms. The toilets are very clean and nice water pressure, feels like a home. Staff is very attentive. Only stayed one night, but it was a good experience. Rooms were nice and facilities had a good vibe. Breakfast is simple but nice. The only issue is that they had no parking support, as advertised on the hostel profile. Parked at the train station and walked, which is not close but worked."
