"Opted for the non superior room so my kfast was 7 til 10.30 so I was able to grab a mug from breakfast area and take back to room before taking them back down for breakfast. 2 coffee machines, a selection of teas and scrambled eggs, bacon fault I’d not realised no coffee making facilities. BreaChoose this hotel due to location as was arriving after 20:00 and majority of our options were charging more for late check in or were access via lock box or meet so reception was a bonus. "We were on the fourth floor and the elevator kept breaking down. Other than that we had a good experience."

"Beautiful palazzo overlooking Piazza as described by other reviews. Slight negative is the check in. We travel with internet but not necessarily mobile roaming, and check in requires phone calls for access when staff are offsite. Thankfully a local in the building helped us 😀 but was a bit awkward. Overall lovely place clean and modern, full of character. Would love to stay again. Thanks"

"Great budget hotel. Superbly located for most of the historic sites, few minutes walk from Porta Nueva rail station and from the main shopping area. Lots of good restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Room was spotlessly clean and very quiet. Good size bathroom and fairly decent shower. Good selection of breakfast items. Felt very safe which as a solo female traveller was important."

"The outstanding feature of our stay was the brilliant help and support of the staff, who helped us organise an airport bus when an unexpected train strike was on. We were so grateful and impressed."
