"Nice hotel in a good location in Mangga Dua. The hotel is looking a little dated but actually there was renovation work going on. The price was good and included an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and incredibly friendly! "

"Hotel is too isolated in the middle of the expo centre. There are no eateries around the hotel unless you drive out. It is unsafe to come back alone to hotel. If you are stranded any where in the expo if you plan to walk in, you will be rob. It is dark and feeling unsafe. Restaurant for breakfast is small, table and chairs setting are cónjested, so avoid eating breakfast in the Peak hours in morning. "

"Staff not friendly at all. we asked the staff to call the the Blue bird taxi to Bandara but he call rental car instead. When we query why he did call rental car, he ask us to call bluebird by our selves. If we can call ourself then we did not ask him to call. The staff also not welcoming. The Hotel was secluded and far from the main road and seem not safe. The wifi only at the lobby. Breakfast was so bad compared to the price charged. shampoo and bath cream smelly. "Definitely our fault for not researching where this hotel was located. Photos appealed as it was a leafier looking hotel which is unusual for Jakarta. We had no idea (and it is not evident from the information available on hotels.com) that it was essentially in the middle of an amusement park. The excessive noise was horrendous. Loud music would start from 730am and go most of the day. Do not stay here if you like sleep. The entry system was not explained in the booking. You have to enter Ancol...

"Staff are friendly, helpful and nice. Single room is very small, no window. Hot water doesnt run, but who needs one in Jakarta? AC works very well, the single bed is comfortable, clean and enough firmness. Breakfast is good. Elevator is slow but works. Wifi at the third floor is on and off, weak signal. Safety deposit box in the room was not working: probably battery was dead, I did not use it though, I am sure the staff will replace it if I let them know. Location is great: close to the old...
