"Very clean and excellent coustomer service . The South Indian traditional food was so good . The buffet breakfast was very nice . The receptionist went out if his way to the street to get me a taxi negotiate the price and he make sure I was not ripped off. I was treated like a family member ."

"Everything was good. Yoga classes were too few so during my 5 days I caught not one class. Evening entertainment is repeated. For example they should have a more versatile performers for the people who like to hear Arabic or oriental music"

"The property, the location and the staff made this stay spectacular. I was welcomed with a 20 minute delayed check in which was not something you expect after paying over $1K USD. There were other minor issues which you would think would be non existent at a 5 star hotel but I had to deal with, thats not good! The views of the Saiq valley are breathtaking, SubhanAllah. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and considerate. After a long and exhausting flight, we arrived in the morning, and even though check in time was at 2 PM, they kindly allowed us to check in early. This was such a thoughtful gesture, especially as I’ve traveled to other countries where early check-ins are rarely permitted.
