"The hotel is inside the walled city, right next to the basilica. As no car is allowed to drive to the castle, the hotel offers a free shuttle to pick/drop you to the parking lot where you get in/off the taxi. The hotel has a lot of history but the condition itself needs some maintenance. The view from the hotel is unbeatable and the staff are super friendly. Overall is a very nice stay. Remember to book a taxi before arrival "

"Decent size rooms. Went with 2 others and we all had our own room. My room had an issue with the toilet flush 1st morning, which could not be fixed, so they quickly found me another. I think it was a superior, rather than standard as booked :) Excellent location for the City. Lots to see and do. Near to Metro stations if needed. About 15min walk to main train station if you fancy a trip out. We did - Carcassone and Albi. Both amazing."

"Lovely hotel space. NO PARKING NEARBY! Arrived late afyer flight delay. Given random tiny paper map with no conclusive directions to a car park and no instructions avout it. We got lost going around and around for 30 -40 ninutes and wnded up back at the hotle to ask advice. By then it was midnight. Was advised incorrect location when i asked staff to put car parknon my google maps. Said so, foind another person whomput.correct address in. Parked car. "Frederick Scott, the hotel service, assisted us with a “tourist” problem and supported us with respect and sensitivity. He was directed to our needs. This man represents what a fine hotel does to accommodate a guest. He deserves a raise and a day of off with pay "

"I enjoy this hotel a lot. Two things to help improve: 1 curtains need to be more black out as the lights from the street illuminate the entire room; 2. luggage that is left needs to be secure and not left in the lobby. I returned to see my expensive luggage sitting out in the hall where anyone could take it. The staff are always wonderful"
