"Our stay was fantastic. As a family we had a great amazing time together. The food, loads of it, was delicious. For the evening meal we had the option of the fastfood up in the Sun City Centre. The package we took included the valley of waves entrance for everyone and everyday we where there, including check-in day and checkout day. "We enjoyed our stay the place is beautiful pity i was a bit dissapointed with the cleanliness of our room on our arrival and the blocked drain.our room didnt have the microwave as per the advertisement,but overall beautiful place ,staff is very friendly. "

Kindly have a smoking area within that entertainment area for visitors not smoke.inside the pools while others are also swimming which includes kids and of which also asthmatics could.be inside the pool. 2. "We cried when we left (in a good way). The game drives provided as part of the stay were out of this world. So amazing. The perfect way to celebrate my daughter’s 21st. The management were super helpful and bent over backwards for my two kids who both have special needs. Would definitely go again but I don’t think my bank balance would cope! Once in a lifetime trip. October was the perfect month to visit. Rangers highly knowledgeable and you get allocated the same one each game drive so you can build a relationship with them. You won’t regret it if you book with Shepherds Tree x"
