"Hotel was in an ideal location for what we needed (japfest in Silverstone). The room was a good size, we had a double bed and a single bed and there was still plenty of floor space. The room was clean, but showed signs of use (marks on walls, paint chipped off etc), still great for the price. There was 1 very flat pillow for everyone, and I couldn't find any extra, but asked on reception and they provided extras with no issues. Towels wise we only had 2 bath towels and no hand towels, again we...

"I’ve stayed here many times so I was unhappy that changed in my plans was not accommodated on request. Poor customer service on Hilton’s behalf - I had requested to change my date and was declined. That said, the room was clean and the breakfast service and offer much improved from previous stays. Rooms are a little dated and never like a shower with a curtain but for the price and convenience you can’t grumble. Does feel like an uninvested Hilton though"
