"Novotel was exactly what I was looking for! It was so convenient to travel to the Impact Arena with the connecting bridge, so many places to eat nearby, and I had such a comfortable stay. The breakfast bar had great offerings with fresh fruit, pastries, and coffees. There is also a factory outlet mall within walking distance. I had a lovely stay at Novotel and the staff was so helpful. "

"None whatsoever the receptionist have terrible attitude, actually I want to cancelled this at the so call hotel, checked in first room, sink was leaking real bad, move to second one, curtain unable to completely close, request maintenance to fix it, no worker on property , so I have to with Slide openly curtain. Very Difficult to get transportations, taxi or grab service don’t know to enter property, Avery bad experiences."

"Great hotel . Great staff & location. Near the boat docks so your a 30 minute cheap ,& beautiful boat ride to center of Bangkok. Great huge market right outside your door plus 7-11 & Lotus markers 2 minute walk away,! Location here in Nonthaburi is fantastic. The rooms are great. Only issue I had was breakfast. Choices were limited & food too spicy for me. I talked to the Manager & he had them cook an American style breakfast for me, which was a nice gesture. Other than the breakfast issue,...

"I booked this condo because I had to go to Impact Convention Center 5days in a row to attend the food show. It was very convenient since it only took 6-7 minutes to the center on foot. Plus there were two big food courts nearby so you do not have to worry about what to eat every day. Management people were very kind, although my booking could not be confirmed at the time of checking in.The room was OK but a little bit dirty in the toilet and shower room area. They did not supply freshly washed...
