"The staff was confused when I got there, could not find my booking which I paid for in full online with credit card. They were unaware that Expedia is associated with hotels.com. Also, upon arrival I had to pay an additional 1000 baht deposit for key. This was not mentioned online and is something the customer should be notified of."

"Great hotel . Great staff & location. Near the boat docks so your a 30 minute cheap ,& beautiful boat ride to center of Bangkok. Great huge market right outside your door plus 7-11 & Lotus markers 2 minute walk away,! Location here in Nonthaburi is fantastic. The rooms are great. Only issue I had was breakfast. "We checked in late and the staff were polite and very helpful! The hotel was clean and they offered breakfast, laundry service and bottled water every day. The hotel is located on a busy street so it’s not the quietest, but it didn’t interrupt our stay. It’s easy to get taxi’s and travel around the city. I would definitely stay here again!"
