"Our 2 night stay at this Villa was amazing. The property is very nicely maintained with pool access and free breakfast. The breakfast offered various vegetarian options and all the staff was very friendly. The hotel also offers bicycle and motorbike rental at reasonable rates. The deluxe Villa was very comfortable with all modern amenities. Definitely recommend for a couple who’s looking to explore Tam Coc and all surrounding areas which were easily accessible. "

"Beautiful hotel with a nice view and pool. The couples massage we had at the spa was excellent! Highly recommend getting one, they have magic hands. Reception is quick to respond to any of your needs. Breakfast is ok, omelets were good but coffee could be better. They had many other options, just none of them suited us."

"Lovely hotel set in the most incredible scenery around a small lake. Blue is the most energetic and helpful human being in Ninh Binh and will constantly be trying to sort stuff for you. It's a little more secluded and it's nice as it gets you away from the busyness of Tam Coc and the main tourist areas. "

"We absolutely LOVED staying with Lilly. We rented a scooter from the Homestay to get around and it was perfect. Lilly was so kind and attentive. The staff was always super helpful and I’ve got nothing but great things to say about our experience here. Breakfast was pretty good too!
