"The receptionist on Friday Nov 02 was the best receptionist I had to deal with. My flight changed and i arrived 5 hours earlier than I should but she did manage to find a room I can use for few hours. I had a long flight from US and was jet lagged., I appreciate the effort she put in. Thank you"

"Good: beach, hotel staff, provided crib and bath tub for our baby, reheated our takeaway food, good breakfast even though it's the same for the 2 nights we stayed, kids playroom, interactive decorations (the cars in the lobby, reading nook) Bad: room AC heater was broken but staff gave us a portable radiator to use; for ala carte dinner you had to stay outdoors as indoors were reserved for buffet but it's cold outside :(, swimming pool closed"

"Many of the parks activities were closed and there were very few staff available to answer questions. The room was very clean and comfortable but other than a bottle of water, no tea, coffee or any other food or beverage amenities were offered in the room. The complimentary breakfast was temperature challenged but fine."

"The Concierge of the hotel was excellent. The gentleman who assisted me with getting to my room, booking a limousine back to the airport is an asset to this facility. The in room dining was okay they just have to get the food to the room before it's less than room temperature warm. The only dislike is not being a lento adjust room temperature of 24c, it's as if they do t have heat "

"This is the fifth time I stayed in this hotel. This time I chose breakfast package and I made the right choice. The whole crew of staff in the restaurant provide a professional and polite service to me and my wife 以禮待人. They set the model for service industry in Hong Kong. The whole team communicated each other effectively. We really enjoyed our stay . We definitely recommend this hotel and will return to the hotel. Thanks "
