"The hotel and staff were very nice. It was easy access to the reason we came to Omaha. My only issue I had was with the breakfasts. My grandson was served terribly spoiled and sour milk the first morning. The second morning we were told they were completely out of milk at breakfast. My grandson ordered the same meal choice both days and the second day he didn't get all the food and was told that it didn't come with it......but the day before it had????????"

"We arrived early, so appreciate the staff for having a room ready for us, but the desk attendant, while friendly and capable, had just returned from a smoking break and smelled of it. We later discovered that the TV remote was missing, but a quick request at the front desk fixed that. In the positive side, the room layout and lighting is very innovative, and fun. Kudos to the designers!"
